Introduction

    The world is full of hard-working people (doctors, scientists, computer programmers, writers, sportsmen, artists, etc.) With their work our lives are easier and more interesting and we are happier.

    You'll have to think about one woman who inspires you and to make a report on her life, works, and place of residence, and you will be able to present the person you chose to the rest of the class.

 

 

Task

 

    The final project will be a poster on an important woman. The poster will give information about her life, work, and an important city in her life. You will need to add texts and pictures on your poster. You will explain the poster to your classmates. Be neat and tidy . . . everybody will see your work! 

 

Process

 

1. Work in pairs: Choose a woman who inspires you.

 

2. Get all the information you need on her by dividing your work in two.

 

- Name

- Date of birth

- Date of death

- Place of living

- Why is she famous for?

- Her different actions

- Why did you choose her?

- Would you like to be an influential woman?
